A .com Is My Flag---satofarms.com

"You have no talent for business. So why on earth did you register a .com domain?"

I can almost hear that question.

satofarms.com. What am I going to do with it? What can I create?

Honestly, I don't have the answers yet.

Still, I registered it.

As I build my website and prepare to launch a blog, owning a .com domain felt like the natural next step.

Of course, I'm uncertain. This is completely new territory for me, and I don't consider myself a gifted entrepreneur.

But that's exactly why I wanted to take the first step.

No one knows what Japan will look like five or ten years from now.

Rather than standing on the sidelines, I want to have a place of my own—a place where I can share my thoughts and witness those changes as they unfold.

The rice fields of Nakanojo. The changing seasons.

The doubts and joys of farming.

I want to preserve these moments, one story at a time.

A .com is not a business plan. It is a flag.

A flag that says, "I am here."

I don't need business talent. I don't need to see the future clearly.

First, I plant my flag.

What comes next will reveal itself along the way.

That is why I registered satofarms.com.
